Climate: The Climate in the city of Lima is very humid and semi -hot, with a maximum average temperaure of 22oC and minimum of 14oC. The warmest months are from, December to April and the  coldest from June to September.

Currency: Exchange is the Nuevo Sol represented by the symbol S/" most businesses accept dollars at the current daily exchage rate . additionally you can exchange dollars and euros at the bank.

Safety : Lima is a safe city However a any other big city with  a considerable amount of tourism you must be cautious in order to avoid robberies.

Vaccines: are not officially require to visit Peru.    

 However travelers who visit some areas in the jungle located under 2,000 meters above sea level, should ask their physician if any vaccines are particularly recommended.
